RAC Closure Due to Winter Storm
In anticipation of severe winter weather, the Recreation Activity Center (RAC) will close along with the university starting at noon on Tuesday, January 28. The RAC will remain closed on Wednesday, January 29.
The Georgia Southern campus and city of Statesboro are expected to receive freezing rain and snow from this storm which could result in icy roads and power outages.
All CRI programs and activities are canceled during these times.
The decision regarding RAC operations for Thursday, January 30 will be announced following the universities decision after 3 p.m. on Wednesday, January 29. Please stay turned to the Georgia Southern University website for announcements.
