Band Shell

This area, located next to the outdoor pool at the RAC, serves as a space for performances of various sorts including concerts, step shows, plays, comedians, etc. Reservation Requests for this space should be made at least 2 weeks in advance. All equipment, DJs, and signage must receive approval from the CRI Facility Management Team prior to the event. Groups are responsible for ensuring that song lyrics or any amplified sound does not include profane, lewd, or suggestive lyrics. Pets are allowed on the grounds but must be cleaned up after. No smoking or alcohol is allowed on the premises.

Outdoor Basketball Courts

  • Hanging on the rims is not permitted.
  • Deliberate abuse of the equipment is not permitted.
  • A Light timer is located on a pole for patrons access
  • Courts are located off of Old register road next to the Pavilion
  • Requests or problems should be referred to CRI Staff immediately.

Sand Volleyball Courts

  • Deliberate abuse of the equipment is not permitted.
  • A Light timer is located on a pole for patrons access
  • Courts are located next to the outdoor pool
  • Requests or problems should be referred to CRI Staff immediately.

Pavilion

  • Reservations are required for groups of fifteen or more persons.
  • Reservations should be requests at least two weeks in advance; request forms can be found on the CRI website or at Member Services.
  • Student organizations and Georgia Southern Departments are free of charge
  • Georgia Southern University affiliates and community will be charged
  • Two disc golf baskets are located north and south from the pavilion.
  • Deliberate abuse of the equipment is not permitted.
  • All personal grills must be used at least 30 feet away from the Pavilion.
  • Decorations can be attached with string only.
  • Be considerate of volume level.
  • Please clean and pick up trash after use.
  • Vehicles must be in marked spaces only.
  • Outside caterers are not allowed without permission.
  • Tobacco FREE area.
  • No alcohol/glass containers.
  • Do not move the Furniture.
  • Full Policy and Procedures will be provided upon reservation requests.

Multipurpose Fields

  • Fields are intended for drop-in use unless reserved for CRI programming or events.
  • All bleachers, soccer goals, and other loose equipment must be returned to original placement upon completion of activity or event.
  • Please follow all the General CRI rules and policies when utilizing fields
  • Lights will remain on for the fields when the building is open.  In the case of inclement weather, the lights will be turned off and participants will be asked to leave the premises.
  • Dogs are permitted on the premises; please utilize doggie pots provided when applicable.
  • The red flag indicates the fields are closed for bad weather or pesticide application
