The Fitness Program promotes health and wellness in many ways. Some of the Group Fitness classes offered include Yoga, Pilates, Zumba® and Indoor Cycling, as well as traditional aerobic and resistance classes.
Personal Training and Fitness Assessment services are available to assist in evaluating fitness levels and providing guidance to reach or maintain fitness and wellness goals. Massage Therapy is also available to aid in relaxation and stress relief.
The Fitness Center includes both cardio and strength equipment for the overall fitness experience with over 89 pieces of cardio equipment, over 40 resistance machines, and over 10 functional training equipment pieces to utilize.
