Beach Please **WELLNESS WEEK**
5 – 8pm
RAC Lobby
Come kickoff Wellness Week by joining our beach party to learn how to have a healthy spring break! There will be a lot of fun and swag!

Women & Weights
8:30 – 9:30pm
Body Conditioning Room
Join us each week as we discuss the benefits of resistance training and equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to reach your goals and exceed your own expectations! Find your place at Women & Weights!
Each session is led by two nationally certified Personal Trainers that will provide exercise instruction and motivation. Any Georgia Southern female student or Faculty/Staff that is a member of the RAC is eligible to participate. No registration is required however each class is limited to the first 20 participants. All participants must wear proper fitness attire to participate.

Tuesday, February 12

Fresh Check Day
10am – 2pm
Russell Union Ballroom
Fresh Check Day is a fair-like event that focuses on improving the mental health of college students. Learn effective coping skills and ways you can play a part in decreasing stigma about mental illness.

Eagle Eye
6:30 – 8:30pm
Eagle Eye Challenge is designed to test your skills in a timed, moving and shooting competition. The courses of fire will challenge you mentally and physically. Shooters will engage targets from behind cover or from a seated position, while also having to perform magazine changes. Your final time will be based upon hits and misses. Sign-up by 1pm on the day of the match, online or by calling the SSEC.

Basic Climbing Clinic
7 – 10pm
RAC Climbing Wall
The Basic Climbing Clinic will teach you the basics of rock climbing and how to top rope belay.
The Rock Climbing Clinic Series consists of free climbing programs geared to help prepare you for leading safe, ethical, and enjoyable rock climbing trips.

Live Well Fair
10am – 2pm

Check out vendors from the local community, along with on-campus organizations for an exciting wellness experience. During the Live Well Fair, you will be able to take part in various activities such as healthy cooking demonstrations, meditation, health screenings, chair massages, laughing yoga, coloring and more!

Basic Sea Kayaking Clinic
7 – 10pm
Aquatics Center
Learn the basics of Sea Kayaking. All participants who complete the clinic are eligible to check out Sea Kayaks from the Rental Center.

Health and Wellness Fair

Student Union Ballroom
Stop by the Student Union Ballroom, and visit with more than 50 vendors from the Savannah area and Armstrong community ready to share with you some information on nutrition, wellness and overall health. Enjoy FREE body fat measurements, strength measurements, nutritionist consultations, giveaways and more!
