Campus Recreation and Intramurals Events for April 8 – April 14

Body Conditioning Room
Join us each week as we discuss the benefits of resistance training and equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to reach your goals and exceed your own expectations! Find your place at Women & Weights!
Each session is led by two nationally certified Personal Trainers that will provide exercise instruction and motivation. Any Georgia Southern female student or Faculty/Staff that is a member of the RAC is eligible to participate. No registration is required however each class is limited to the first 20 participants. All participants must wear proper fitness attire to participate.

Register as a team or an individual and compete for a coveted IM Champ Shirt! Have fun, be social, #TeamUp.

Fresh Air Fitness

Fresh Air Fitness is an outdoor class that incorporates kettlebells, tires, medicine balls, and more, in a fun and exciting workout suitable for all fitness level! Don’t miss this unique opportunity to vary your workout while enjoying some fresh air! This class meets at the RAC Pavilion meadow next to the monkey bars. Any Georgia Southern student or Faculty/Staff that is a member of the RAC is eligible to participate. No registration is required. All participants must wear proper fitness attire to participate.

Eagle Eye Challenge
6:30 – 8:30pm
Shooting Sports Education Center
Eagle Eye Challenge is designed to test your skills in a timed, moving and shooting competition. The courses of fire will challenge you mentally and physically. Shooters will engage targets from behind cover or from a seated position, while also having to perform magazine changes. Your final time will be based upon hits and misses. Sign-up by 1pm on the day of the match, online or by calling the

Firearms Date Night
6 – 8pm
Shooting Sports Education Center
Date night (designed for beginners, but all skill levels welcome) is an alternative activity program designed for the shooters that want to learn a new life skill while having fun. This is not your typical date night; you will learn how to safely handle a firearm together before spending some time shooting on the range testing your marksmanship! Aim to see who has better accuracy.
