VDay Partner Yoga

Flow & Glow

Ready to try something new this Fall? Join us for Flow & Glow, a glow-in-the-dark yoga event. We’re combining the fun vibe of a glow in the dark party with the focused energy of a Vinyasa practice! This class is fun, yet challenging, and open to beginners. You bring the energy, we’ll bring the mat!

True Blue 5K / Abbie’s Adventure Race

October 30; Starts at 7:30am

Traditionally held during homecoming week, the TRUE BLUE 5K is all about showing your true blue pride! This year’s race also has a virtual run so you can participate from anywhere. Register for the race and support the Abbie Deloach Foundation, run/walk your own route and share your photo with us by posting to your social media using #trueblue5k!

Fittest Eagle

March 6

Fittest Eagle is an inclusive fitness competition designed to test athletes endurance, strength, and power. Split into male and female divisions, teams of two will race against their competitors to complete the individual events in the least amount of time for the chance to be crowned the Fittest Eagle!

Glowchella

March 10

Come dressed in all white or a blend of white and neon so the blacklights can get you LIT as you dance the night away. Glow sticks, great music and unforgettable memories await at Glowchella.

CRI TRI (Sprint Triathalon)

April 10

Come out and participate in the ONLY sprint triathlon in Statesboro! This truly unique event allows participants to experience the joy of swimming, running and biking all in one competition. With all equipment provided, there is no excuse not to participate in this race. Condensed into a “sprint” format, this race is perfect for all skill and experience levels.

Party for Pink

October 12

We’re coming to YOU this year – virtually! Party for Pink will allow you to get an awesome workout while supporting breast cancer research and awareness — wear your favorite pink gear and get ready to sweat! This is an exhilarating event that will allow you to sample multiple group fitness classes that will leave you sweating and smiling.

Pedal & Popcorn

Grab your towel and meet us on the bike for this cycle and cinema experience! Enjoy a light ride led by one of our cycle instructors as we showcase a recent movie. Take your time during this class as it is meant to provide a new and fun experience for all fitness levels!
