Have you ever dreamed of having the feeling of accomplishment at the finish line of a 5k, but don’t know how to get there? Let us be your motivational coach and running partner. This eight week program is designed to take you from observing and wanting to race to crossing the finish line with confidence. Join our weekly group workouts, consisting of proper warm-ups, walking, and running, to put you in position to wear a race number in the annual True Blue 5k & 10K hosted by Campus Recreation & Intramurals on October 14th!
