Private Lessons

Policies and Procedures
- Private lesson sessions that are not rescheduled or canceled 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the session and loss of the financial investment at the rate of one session.
- Patrons arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time, unless other arrangements have been previously made with the instructor. If the Patron anticipates running late, he/she should contact the Instructor as soon as possible. If arriving 15 minutes or more late with no contact, the patron is considered a no-show and will be counted as a lesson.
- The expiration policy requires completion of all private lessons sessions within 120 days from the date of the contract/purchase. Private lesson sessions are void after this time period.
- Private lesson refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to relocation, illness, and or unused sessions (they can be transferred between Instructors).
- Training sessions must be paid for in full prior to scheduling the first training session.
- Patrons must wear comfortable appropriate attire, including but not limited to, clean t-shirts, shorts, tights, pants and closed toed shoes. Patron shall be ready to train at the time agreed upon. Failure to be prepared to train may result in a shortened session or possible cancellation of the session. Please do not hesitate to as an Instructor for advice on what type of clothing and shoes are appropriate prior to your session.
- The patron may not sell, assign or transfer his/her rights to the private lessons purchased to any third party without prior approval.
- Private lessons must be purchased at least 24 hours in advance of the first scheduled lesson.
- To receive the quantity discount for the private lessons, the lessons must be purchased at one time.
- If a lesson is canceled by an instructor, the instructor will notify the patron in advance to reschedule a time conducive to both parties.
- The patron is not required to be an approved user to participate in private lessons.
- Archery equipment and Firearm equipment must be in a good working order prior to the lesson. If you have an equipment malfunction, we will make every effort to fix the problem immediately but cannot exceed the time limit of your lesson. Any services to your equipment may be subject to an additional fee.
