The Fit Bowl Challenge is a 10 week free self motivation fitness program. Prizes will be awarded to Winners!

Log your minutes/miles at the front desk daily or weekly. 1 minute of working out = 1 mile

Bowl Choices

Rose Bowl = 2525 miles 5 days a week at 40 minutes per day
Fiesta Bowl = 2080 miles 4 days a week at 40 minutes per day
Sugar Bowl = 1260 miles 3 days a week at 30 minutes per day
Orange Bowl 2 days a week at 30 minutes per day
