Joshua Martin
I am an exuberant ACE-certified personal trainer who makes hard work feel like a good time. My mission is to transform my clients into the best person they can be through exercise while further enlightening them on the science behind working out. I want to serve people as a source of clear and correct guidelines in a day and age with many blurred lines. I always provide my clients with up-to-date, preeminent exercise regimens. And at the end of our sessions, clients receive “the blueprint,” which they can take with them and use for the rest of their lives, so that they will never need to purchase sessions from a personal trainer again.

I love fitness and have been working out consistently for 3 years now and have never loved it more. I first got into fitness playing high school football where we had to do weight training. At first, I never liked it very much but by the time I finished my senior year I loved it and started working out on my own. I started to learn a lot about fitness and gained interest in personal training and obtained my certification through the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
Parker Eberly
I decided to become a PT because I enjoy teaching people and watching them grow to be able to teach others as well. I compete in powerlifting and I also have played many sports in my lifetime. Whether you’re trying to lose a couple of pounds or get in shape for a sport, I’m the guy for you!
Cy Marshall
I am an IFTA certified personal trainer and have been involved with fitness for around 8 years. My passion for working out quickly grew to a passion to help others learn how to reach their goals through fitness. It is my mission to help my clients reach their personal goals, and to help my clients grow a love and appreciation for fitness just as I have. Aside from personal training, I have been competing in bodybuilding for a couple years. Bodybuilding has not only taught me a lot about gaining muscle and losing fat, it has taught me about myself and strengthened my mind as well as my body. It is my hope to help my clients reach their full potential in all aspects of their life.
Exercise Behavioral Consulting
In collaboration with the Georgia Southern Sport and Exercise Psychology Graduate Program, Exercise Behavioral Consulting will now be offered as a supplementary service for RAC personal training clients. This program is being offered by advanced sport and exercise psychology students trained in behavior change, and is 100% free and confidential.
The aim of the EBC program is to help you get the most that you can out of your fitness experience. First time exercising? Have trouble sticking to your fitness plan? Recovering from an injury? Training for an event? The Exercise Behavioral Consultants can help. With theory and research-based behavioral strategies, our trained consultants will design an individualized plan to help you reach your fitness goals. You have the freedom to meet with your Exercise Behavioral Consultant as frequently as you would like, separate from your personal training sessions. Your Personal Trainer and your Exercise Behavioral Consultant will, with your consent, collaborate to ensure that you are receiving a comprehensive wellness service, working to strengthen both your mind and your body.
If you are interested in enrolling in this program, please collect an EBC information packet from the RAC Member Services Desk, or ask your Personal Trainer.
Feel free to contact the EBC program coordinator, Dr. Brandonn Harris, with any additional questions or concerns.
