Sarah Buchanan: I really enjoy meeting new people here and all of the friendships I have built from working out here and working here. I have found so many people at the RAC are very like minded and
encouraging. It is so cool to see other people’s journey with fitness and others be a part of mine so we can motivate each other.

Lizzy Buchanan: To anyone who is thinking about getting involved at CRI, I would say to just take a leap of faith and do it.
